Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of establishing and scaling cybersecurity defenses at industry-leading organizations:
- I possess extensive hands-on security experience within the specialized fields of aviation, space, and automotive technology.
- My professional journey includes impactful roles at highly regulated and complex organizations such as NIO, DLR Gesellschaft für Raumfahrtanwendungen, Lufthansa, and IBM.
- Currently based in Malaga, Spain, at my last workplace before starting Lepteer, I lead and mentor a dedicated team of Security Analysts and a Detection Engineer within a Multinational Infrastructure Provider company.
- At NIO, I served as the SOC Project Lead, where I successfully designed and deployed the Security Operation Center for the entire EU Region.
- As part of the Galileo project with the German Aerospace Center, I improved vulnerability identification processes for the European Global Navigation Satellite System.

- Beyond technology, I prioritize people management by actively managing hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and performance evaluations to cultivate high-performing security teams.

- I hold a Master of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Cyber Security from the University of Trento in Italy.
- I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Venice.
- I am highly adaptable and globally minded, speaking native Italian and Serbian, fluent English, and intermediate Spanish and Russian.
